Spices Product Policy (Category)
Applicable to: All spices & spice powders (e.g., Haldi, Dhaniya, Lal Mirch, and similar items).
7 Days Replacement Option (Spices)
We support replacement requests if raised within 7 days of delivery (as per our Terms).
For faster resolution, we recommend reporting within 48 hours if the issue is visible at delivery.
Replacement is eligible only if
- Wrong item/variant was delivered (different from what you ordered).
- Missing item in the parcel (verification required).
- Package/pouch is damaged, leaked, or seal is broken/tampered at the time of delivery.
- Expired product received or clear manufacturing defect (proof required).
Important (Food & Hygiene)
- Spices are food/consumable items. For hygiene & safety, we do not accept returns once the pouch/pack is opened or unsealed, except in cases verified as damaged/wrong/missing/defective at delivery.
- Natural variation in colour/aroma or minor clumping (due to natural oils & weather) is not considered a defect.
Unboxing Video / Proof Required
For claims such as missing item, wrong item, leakage, damage, or tampering, a clear unboxing video is required.
- Start recording before opening the parcel.
- Show outer box/pouch + shipping label clearly.
- Show the sealed product, then open and show the issue.
Do Not Accept Damaged/Tampered Parcels
Please check the parcel at delivery. If the package looks torn/damaged/tampered, do not accept it.
If a tampered/damaged package is accepted, replacement claims may be rejected.
How Replacement / Refund Works
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement (subject to stock availability).
- If the replacement item is not available, we may issue a refund to your Sidhi Marwadi Wallet (usable for your next order).
- Reverse pickup may be arranged where available. Otherwise, we will guide you on the return method.
Cancellation Policy
- You can request cancellation before dispatch.
- Once the order is dispatched / out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. You may reject it at doorstep as per applicable terms.
